Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, fragrances cannot be returned once opened or used. However, we will support you promptly in the case of errors or transit damage.

A. Replacement — Eligible Situations

A replacement will be provided when:

  • A wrong product has been delivered
  • The product was received damaged in transit
  • A confirmed manufacturing defect is present

Requirements for Replacement:
You must provide the following within 24 hours of delivery:

  • An unboxing video (recorded from start to end, without interruption)
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage or error

Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge.

B. Refunds — Eligible Situations

A refund will be issued only when:

  • The product cannot be replaced because it is out of stock
  • A confirmed cancellation request was made before dispatch — in this case, the refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges as applicable (typically 1.5%–3.5% of the order value, depending on your bank or payment method)

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days, depending on your payment method and bank's processing time.

C. No Returns for Opened or Used Products

Opened, used, or unhygienic items are not accepted for return under any circumstances. Please inspect your parcel carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, retain the original packaging and record an unboxing video immediately.

D. Cancellation Policy

  • Before dispatch: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. A refund will be issued after deducting payment gateway charges levied on the transaction.
  • After dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been dispatched.
  • How to cancel: Send your cancellation request via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID as soon as possible.
  • No COD: As Maison Amiir does not offer Cash on Delivery, COD cancellations are not applicable.
