Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your delivery location (Currenlty we offer free delivery across india).

3. Express Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 1 – 3 working days
  • Non-metro cities & towns: 3 – 6 working days

4. No Cash on Delivery
Maison Amiir does not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.

5. Domestic and International Shipping
Domestic Delivery: We offer hassle-free, doorstep delivery across India to ensure your order arrives safely and conveniently.
International Shipping: We provide global delivery through our trusted international shipping partners to serve customers worldwide.
International Taxes and Duties: Please note that for international orders, applicable customs duties, local taxes, and shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout based on your destination country. .

6. Order Tracking
You can easily track your package under the Account section of our website. Additionally, a direct tracking link will be sent to you via WhatsApp or SMS as soon as your order ships..

7. Courier Damage Protocol
If your product arrives damaged, you must contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide:

  • An unboxing video (start to end, without interruption)
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Proof of damage submitted within 24 hours of delivery, In few case you will ask to take live video call to proof the damage

Failure to provide the above within the stipulated time may result in your claim being declined.

8. Replacement & Refund for Transit Damage

  • Replacement will be arranged at no extra charge upon verification of the damage.
  • Refund will be issued only if the product cannot be replaced (out of stock), processed within 3–7 working days.
