Designer brand names (e.g., Dior, Chanel, Gucci) may appear for reference purposes only, to indicate fragrance style. Maison Amiir is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer brand.
4. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Stock availability may vary.
5. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may request cancellation prior to shipment. If cancelled before dispatch, Maison Amiir will refund the paid amount after deducting payment gateway charges actually levied on the original transaction. Cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has been dispatched. Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days. Returns on opened or used fragrances are not accepted for hygiene reasons. Replacements are provided only for wrong or damaged items received in transit, subject to verification.
6. Payment
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Standard payment gateway charges may apply.
7. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not misuse the website, violate applicable laws, or interfere with security features of the site.
8. Limitation of Liability
Maison Amiir is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, technical issues, or other external factors beyond our control.
