Rose fragrances can go very wrong - either too sharp or too soapy. This one gets it right. The vanilla softens the rose and makes it feel modern and warm. I wore it to work and got multiple compliments from female colleagues. Very well made.

Out of everything I own I reach for Vanille & Roses most often. There's something about sweet rose combined with vanilla that's just endlessly comforting. It's not a fragrance that makes a bold statement - it just makes you feel lovely and feminine. I've got three compliments from women specifically which doesn't usually happen.

My daughter found this too sweet for her taste. My wife loves it. Personally I think it's a very well made rose-gourmand. The packaging is beautiful and it does project well for a sweet floral. Just know it's a rich feminine sweet fragrance before buying.
